Sandra Stajner, General Manager
Sandra Stajner is General Manager of Telenor Montenegro and the President of the Board of directors of MNNnews from September 1, 2015.
She joined Top Management Team of Telenor Serbia in 2006, as Chief Corporate Communications Officer, and in 2008. her role expanded to Facility management and real estate.  She assumed the role of Chief Officer for Human Resources in 2013, becoming the CCHRO of Telenor Serbia. 
Sandra has over twenty years of international experience in corporate communications, media and people management. She gained significant working experience in US having worked as a Satellite Operations Producer for Fox News Channel in New York, as well as with HBO and Reuters. She holds MA in Media Communications and BA in dramatic arts production and media from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.


Luka DjuraskovicHead of Retail 

Luka Djuraskovic is Head of Retail from September 1st 2015.


He has over 12 years of experience in business and retail. He completed his Diploma in Business Administration at Leicester College of Professional Studies in London. He joined Telenor in 2009. So far held a variety of leadership roles inside Retail Division – he worked as Shop Leader in Cetinje, Shop Supervisor for South region, Customer Centricity Specialist and Retail Regional Manager. Before Telenor managed his own company and worked in several companies in MNE and abroad. 


Ana Radulovic, Head of Corporate Affairs
Ana Radulovic has been appointed as Head of Corporate Affairs from September 1st 2015. 
She started gaining wide working experience in 1999 in Development fund of Montenegro. Since 2002 she began to work in Finance division in ProMonte at that time, where she was holding different managerial positions until 2009 when she took on a new position as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. In February of 2013 she was holding the position Chief Transformation and Industrialization Affairs Officer, and in December of the same year she accepted new function as Portfolio and Process Management Director, from which is appointed to new position. She holds MBA degree in entrepreneurial economy from Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. 


Veljko Rakcevic, Head of Technology
Veljko Rakcevic is appointed as Head of Technology Division from 1st February 2013.
Prior to this, from July 2012 Veljko was Network Assurance Director and acting CTO for some period.
Veljko has more than 20 years of experience in Telecommunication. He joined Telenor Montenegro in July 1996, just few days before commercial launch of first GSM operator in Montenegro.
In last 14 years in Telenor, Veljko held a variety of leadership roles inside Technology Division having different scope and responsibilities. He is also very active participant in important technology related projects and negotiations with vendors.

Biljana Radusinović, Head of Human Resources

Biljana Radusinovic is appointed as Head of Human Resources.

After many years of experience in human resources, Biljana joined Telenor team in January 2015 on a leading position in HR. Bachelor of economics, with specialization in International Marketing. Biljana was one of attendees of specialized programs in Bled School of Management. She successfully completed many national and international seminars and workshops in the accounting, management, leadership and people management.
