Telenor believes that success is measured not only by good business results and a leading market position, but also by treating the local community in a responsible way.

 

Our company founded the Telenor Foundation, in April 2014 as non-governmental organization with the name of promotion and development of social responsibility concept in Montenegro. Foundation will primarily be focused on youth empowerment, their education and professional advancement in line with "Internet for all " mission. Thus, Telenor by means of the Foundation continues to invest in Montenegro and helps the development of its social potentials. It is our desire to create and support projects that will change the community for better by virtue of Internet that contributes to the development and improvement of the society. This is also the purpose of the unique concept of corporate social responsibility that the Telenor Group has been implementing successfully throughout the world.

 

Members of the Foundation’s  Managing Board  are experts from different areas of expertise thus the Foundation is guided by the needs of Montenegrin society while at the same time separating business of Telenor and Foundation’s strategy. Managing board members will be deciding about the projects that will be supported by the Foundation in addition to understanding and improving the concept of social responsibility.

 

We wish to achieve long term effect by following and supporting projects over a longer period of time. Foundation will always try to identify problems in our community, ask people to take action and make a difference in the society by having activities in line with social responsibility concept. Our managers are personally involved in the Foundation’s projects and they monitor its progress, and our employees are asked to contribute to the goals of the Foundation through volunteer work and personal example.

  • Sandra Stajner, Chairman of the Telenor Foundation Managing Board and General Manager of Telenor Montenegro. As of 2013, in addition, she assumed the role of Chief Officer for Human Resources, becoming the CCHRO of Telenor Montenegro and Serbia. Since May 2015, Sandra is a member of the Management Board of Telenor Montenegro. She has over twenty years of international experience in corporate communications, media and people management. She gained significant working experience in US having worked as a Satellite Operations Producer for Fox News Channel in New York, as well as with HBO and Reuters. She holds MA in Media Communications and BA in dramatic arts production and media from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

     

     
     

    Biljana Radusinović, Head of Human Resources. After many years of experience in human resources, Biljana joined Telenor team in January 2015 on a leading position in HR. Bachelor of economics, with specialization in International Marketing. Biljana was one of attendees of specialized programs in Bled School of Management. She successfully completed many national and international seminars and workshops in the accounting, management, leadership and people management.  

     
     
     

    Ana Radulovic, Head of General Affairs, Communications and  Corporate Responsibility Division. Since 2002 she began to work in Finance division in ProMonte at that time, where she was holding different managerial positions until 2009 when she took on a new position as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. In February of 2013 she was holding the position Chief Transformation and Industrialization Affairs Officer, and in December of the same year she accepted new function as Portfolio and Process Management Director, from which is appointed to new position. She holds MBA degree in entrepreneurial economy from Faculty of Economics in Podgorica.  

     

     
     
     

    Milena Đukanović, director of Confucius institute on University of Montenegro and PhD of technical sciences. Elected as most successful woman in science in 2013 by the Montenegrian Ministry of science and is the winner of Danube award for most successfull young explorer in 2015. Manager of many international and bilateral scientific research projects, as well as editor in international magazines. She perfected her knolegde in areas such as computer science and electronics through many scholarships in Italy, Germany, France, Turky, Spain and Portugal. 

     

     
     
     

    Anđelko Lojpur, Professor at Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. Doctor of Economic Sciences and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Montenegro. He is member of numerous professional associations, engaged in numerous projects, while his academic qualifications and recent success are recommendation for exactly the same successful maneuver in the work of the Telenor Foundation.
