How to send your complaint?
 
Complaint can be given in several ways:
  • filling up a form in Telenor shops / Xpress teams;
  • sending a letter to our address;
  • by email;
  • by fax;
  • by phone.
 
Letter should consist a phone number for which the Complaint is intended, adress on which is possible to send a written reply, and a contact phone number. 
 
Complaint can be sent in the following ways:
  • In person by coming to the nearest Telenor shop;
  • by fax 069800405 for private customers;
  • by email reklamacije@telenor.me ;
  • by postal delivery Rimski trg 4; 81000 Podgorica

Response will be given within the period determined by Law.
