    • How to limit monthly spending?
    You can limit your monthly spending by submitting a persona request, with the amount where monthly subscription is included. The limited amount is calculated based upon the formula: Limit = Monthly subscription + traffic
    VAT is added on the limited amount.
    • Detailed bill?
    For all postpaid customers, a detailed bill is free of charge. You can submit a request in our shops, and the maximum period is the last three months.
    • How to transfer the money from one number to another?
    All active postpaid and prepaid customers can refill another prepaid customer account by entering the amount of money by following instructions through short code Menu *123# My Menu. When transferring the money you need to enter the phone number and the money amount. Short code for transferring the money is: *106*069xxxxxx*y# where xxxxxx is the phone number you want to refill, and Y is the amount (1, 2, 3...) in euros.
    Amount can be minimum 1 EUR, or 20 EUR maximum. A customer can execute many smaller transferrs, but the overall amount cannot exceed 20 EUR on a monthly level.
    A customer whose number is part of a business package, cannot transfer money without written authorization.
     

     

    • How to refill a prepaid number
    Your prepaid number can be refilled by calling 1700, and then type 1-2-1, free numbers 147 or 148, through short code service, or using the electronic recharge. Online topup can be done on Telenor website. Electronic recharge can be done on POS terminals of NLB and CKB bank.
    • What if a secret code on the voucher is not visible?
    If by any chance, a secret code on the voucher is damaged, a Customer Care 1700 should be called at once, and read a serial number on the voucher to the operator, and visible numbers of the damaged code. Your number then, will be recharged as soon as possible.
    By sending a free SMS, with the text TP info to the number 14694, you can check which tarriff plan is active.
