1. How can you recharge your prepaid account? An account may be recharged by calling 1188, and then entering 1-2-1, free-of-charge numbers 14147 or 14148 via Short codes Services or electronic recharge. The electronic recharge may be carried out at POS terminals of the Nova ljubljanska banka (NLB) and Crnogorska komercijalna banka (CKB), as well as at ATMs of the Crnogorska komercijalna banka at 522 locations currently. Recharges are in denominations of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 euro.
2. What is it to be done if a voucher number is invisible? If during scratching of the protective film, a voucher number is damaged, it will be required to call the Customer Service at number 1188 and to read to an operator the voucher serial number and legible figures of such hidden number. The account will be recharged as soon as possible.
3. Which tariff package I am using? By sending a free-of-charge message in TP info format to number 14694 you may check which tariff package is activated.
4. How can I transfer money from one number to another one? All active postpaid and prepaid customers may top-up account of a prepaid users by way of entering an amount and following the instructions through Short Codes MENU (*123#) - ACCOUNT RECHARGING Service and Transfer option.
A short code for money transfer reads *106*069xxxxxx*y#, where xxxxxx is a phone number, to which a recharge amount is transferred and y is an amount (of 1, 2, 3, etc.) in Euro.
At the time of transferring, it will be required to enter a phone number to be recharged, as well as a recharge amount.
A recharge amount may amount minimally to 1 EUR and maximally to 20 EUR for both prepaid and postpaid customers. Moreover, a customer may effect payments of a number of minor credit recharges or a single recharge of 20EUR, but the total amount may not exceed 20 EUR monthly.
If a prepaid customer transfers money, it means that such customer will transfer a specified amount from his/her account to another prepaid customer’s account and that his/her account will be deducted by such amount.
5. How can I activate roaming? All prepaid customers may activate roaming by dialing Customer Service at 1188 from the phone number, for which such service is to be activated. It will be required to tell an operator the data: date of birth, residence and gender of the customer. Roaming may be activated also via the voice machine system. When you dial number 1188, you will listen to instructions first and then select an option from 4 to 1 and if the voice machine says that the service is not active, you will be offered to press key 1 for its activation.
6. Calls are charged as per roaming prices, but customer is located in the territory of Montenegro? We recommend customers who live or stay in a border area with neighbouring countries to activate the option of MANUAL network dialing since it happens that phone unit takes over a neighbouring network signal if the automatic network dialing is activated. Thus realized traffic will be charged as per current prices of a roaming partner whose network has been used.
INTERNET ANYWHERE
7. How will I register my Internet Anywhere Card at My Services Portal? When you login to My services portal, select the LOGIN option. It shall be needed to enter specified data: User name – number of Internet Anywhere Card Password – pin1 (out of the certificate)
After entering data, select the Registration option.
8. How can I check account balance of the Internet Anywhere card? Account balance may be checked by logging to My services portal and selecting the Anywhere Account option or dialing the customer service at number 1188.
9. How can I recharge the Internet Anywhere Account? Account may be recharged by logging to My services portal and selecting the Anywhere Account/Recharge option or dialing the customer service at number 1188.
10. What quantity of data do certain files contain? Data quantity mostly depends on page contents you visit. For example, textual files (Word, Excel, Notepad, email sending) contain on the average several hundreds of kilobytes/KB. Power point and PDF documents, music files (mp3, wav), (phone, camera) photos, short video files (e.g. from YouTube Site) are measured in megabytes/MB. Video formats (long AVI, MPEG video files), groups of photos, music, program installations, etc. are measured in gigabytes/GB.
11. Can Internet Anywhere cards be used in roaming? Prepaid Internet Anywhere cards do not provide such option.
12. How long is Internet Anywhere prepaid card valid for (how long is card active after recharging)? An Internet Anywhere prepaid card is active for 90 days as of the date of the latest recharging via voucher or electronic filling. Afterwards, you may re-activate it by new topping-up and calling the Customer Service at number 1188.
If card is not recharged after expiry of 90 days, it shall be deleted from the system.
13. After connecting, money is charged although the Internet has not been used? Some computer applications (such as anti-virus programs, service pack, etc.) automatically generate traffic after establishing of Internet connection in the update process. If you do not want such updates, please switch off automatic update in options of such applications.
Note: Some applications or viruses may start establishing of connection and therefore, we recommend you to remove modem out of your computer if you do not need the Internet connection.

15. Do Internet Anywhere card have the call, sms, mms...? The Prepaid Anywhere cards only have the incoming SMS service.
16. Which operative systems support use of the Anywhere modems?

Note for Linux: There is a difference as to which version of the kernel is used by the operative system; with a version newer than 2.6.20 it is necessary to connect the modem to a USB port and the system will perform identification and installation by itself. After that it is necessary to create a connection manually and enter the parameters for Telenor . If a customer is using a version older than 2.6.20, it is necessary to install an adequate driver.
