Migration to postpaid

Prepaid users can pass to postpaid and by doing so withold the same number and transfer money they had in the account to their new postpaid number.

This service can be obtained in all of our offices and offices of our authorized dealers.

Note to the users that return to prepaid from postpaid is not possible for the time being.
