Complaints


You can send us all your possible complaints and observations in one of the following ways:
  • Filling up adequate form in Telenor shops/ xpress teams,
  • Sending a letter by post to the address,
  • Sending an e-mail on the prigovori@telenor.me,
  • Sending fax on 069800405 (physical person) or 069800469 (legal person).Written complaints should contain phone number on which complaints refers as well as the address of residence to which it is possible to forward a written response and costumers’ phone contact.
 
Response to your complaint will be delivered within the prescribed legal period.
