Branko Mitrovic holds the position of General Manager of Telenor Montenegro as of July 1st, 2019.
He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Telenor Montenegro, and during the previous four years he has served as Executive Director of Corporate Affairs in Telenor Serbia. He started his career at Mobtel in 1998, and held several management positions in the finance and corporate sector in Telenor Serbia. From 2011, he served as Wholesale Director, and from 2014 to 2016, he ran a Telenor company in Montenegro, MNNews.
He completed his Bachelor and Master studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, and earned his master’s degree in business administration at Cotrugli Business School. He has completed programs at London, INSEAD and Harvard Business School. He is married and has three children.
Head of Technology Division
Ratko Pustahija graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at University of Montenegro, Electronics department.
He has been working in telecommunications field for more than 20 years. He has worked on various maintenance and network planning jobs in Telenor, and he was engaged in various development projects and introducing of new radio technologies. He has also covered various management positions within the Technology Division.
Before becoming Director of Technology he worked as a Service Delivery Management Manager.
Head of Human Resources
After many years of experience in human resources, Biljana joined Telenor team in January 2015 on a leading position in HR.
Bachelor of economics, with specialization in International Marketing.
Biljana was one of attendees of specialized programs in Bled School of Management. She successfully completed many national and international seminars and workshops in the accounting, management, leadership and people management.
Ljudmila Popović Kavaja
Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Director
She holds a degree in law and has completed state judicial examination.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunications. Ljudmila started gaining her broad working experience in the Commercial Court in Podgorica in 1994. She has joined Telenor as an in house lawyer in 1997, covering various positions related to legal, regulatory and corporate affairs.
She is a President of ICT Committee of Montenegrin Foreign Investors' Council.
